This RTO training resources package has been through many rounds of validation and rectification as part of an extensive ongoing development and improvement process, and has already been used in multiple successful addition to scope applications and audits!
Of course, we always recommend you complete your own thorough review and validation of any assessment tools in preparation for your application to scope audit, but with our Certificate III in Individual Support (Home and Community) RTO training resources package, the “heavy lifting” has already been done.
While all training resources typically require some contextualisation to ensure they align 100% with your planned training and assessment strategy for the course, the fundamental robustness of these assessment tools makes it easy to focus on tweaking the assessment tools your requirements rather than having to complete massive rectifications of the RTO materials.

Compliant’s package includes pre-selected elective units, clustered into a streamlined delivery package. Comprehensive CHC33015 Assessment Tools Package – Validated and Written to Meet All Unit Requirements!
Your CHC33015 package from Compliant Learning has been clustered into just 5-7 assessment workbooks and a “vocational skills” workbook. Most RTO training resources and materials have simply been designed unit by unit and in doing so create a MASSIVE amount of duplication for Learners and Assessors – both in the learning content and the assessment tools (meaning more hours of assessing for your trainers).
This course has been written from day 1 in a clustered format, massively reducing the duplication of learning content and unnecessary assessment (common in so many tools) that hampers student progress and wastes assessors valuable time. Our clustered approach to design streamlines course progression whilst still meticulously meeting ALL units requirements. Assessments have been written against the unit Performance Criteria and Assessment Requirements, then validated by compliance experts and subject matter experts to ensure the content is correct and fully mapped to all competency requirements.
SSOs (Skills Service Organisations) responsible for training package development recommend clustering for a reason. Ensure you choose clustered assessment tools and RTO training resources and experience!
The CHC33015 RTO materials utilise a range of assessment methods such as short answers, case studies, scenarios, practical observations, multiple choice, projects, vocational placement and more to form a robust portfolio of assessment evidence at the end of your students’ training.
Each assessment is also mapped to unit requirements at the assessment task level, so when you are conducting validation or contextualising the vocational training materials, you can quickly and easily work out which performance criteria or assessment requirements must be addressed in your modified assessment tool to ensure all requirements are still met.
Your RTO resources package will be delivered in editable digital format, so you can easily contextualise tasks, upload to your Learning Management System or otherwise distribute to your students digitally, or print hard copies of the materials for use in the classroom.

Includes CHC33015 Learner Guides – No Expensive Third Party Textbooks Required!
This CHC33015 training resources package includes a full set of learner guides – packed full of information and educational content for your students. These will be the “textbook” or study resource for your students while they complete this qualification.
This is especially critical for the CHC33015 qualification – you must have Learner Guides for your CHC33015 addition to scope application. Our Learner Guides match the Assessment Materials in style and content, and the assessor guide document actually includes mapping to the Learner Guides. This means it’s easy to work out which sections of the learner resources match up to each assessment task so you can easily plan your course delivery. This is also perfect to create quick study guides for students who are deemed “Not Yet Competent” when you are assessing student submissions. The Learner Guides are also an important tool to help demonstrate the volume of learning for your CHC33015 addition to scope application.
Many CHC33015 training materials on the market only include Assessment Tools. This means you will be required to purchase expensive printed learner resources or third-party textbooks on a per-student basis to deliver the course. This can add tens of thousands of dollars to your course delivery costs over the lifetime of a qualification. Your CHC33015 training resources from Compliant Learning include a full set of Learner Guides in unlocked, editable digital format on an unlimited student license – meaning no expensive ongoing textbook fees!
Includes a Virtual Workplace for the CHC33015 RTO Course Resources!
Why do you need a virtual workplace for your CHC33015 training materials?
Unless you are going to do all of your training in a real workplace, your learners will require a Virtual Workplace to ensure they are familiarised with workplace policies and procedures before doing their practical placement. RTOs often make the mistake of sending their learners to vocational placement without being adequately prepared and hurt their relationship with the Centres who so kindly take on their learners for vocational placement. DO NOT RISK damaging these relationships by not properly preparing your learners for the real world!
Your new virtual workplace will allow your learners to get familiarised with Personal Care Services, including Centre Policies and Procedures in a safe environment prior to placement. They complete their initial assessments using this virtual environment, so you can be certain they are competent in the basic knowledge and skills prior to attending a workplace. This may include accessing and using forms, templates, policies, procedures, case studies, scenarios, client files, client records and other common workplace documents required to prepare for placement or complete the CHC33015 course.
Our Virtual Workplace provides your learners with:
- Workplace Policies and Procedures
- Staff Records
- Client Records
- Real World Case Studies and Scenarios
- Workplace Templates
- Workplace Forms
- Organisational Chart
This virtual workplace also helps in situations where students cannot access or submit files for assessment – especially confidential or private documents like client records or incident reports. While the vocational placement component of this course is mandatory, this virtual business site is a huge training aid to help you effectively deliver and assess this qualification and get great outcomes for your students.
Access to the Simulated Workplace resources is included in your upfront license fee, with no ongoing fees for use as part of this course materials package!

Vocational Placement Coordination Kit
Our CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Home and Community) RTO Training Materials include ALL the vocational placement documents required to set up placements for this course right away. Vocational placement is a requirement of completion for this qualification. It is your RTO’s responsibility to ensure that you have met your due diligence requirements and adequately informed ALL parties of their roles and responsibilities during this placement.
To support this process, Compliant has created all the required tools and documentation to set up quality work placements. This vocational placement coordination toolkit (included at no extra charge with the CHC33015 training materials) includes:
- Vocational Placement Supervisor Info Pack
- Vocational Placement Coordinator Info Pack
- Student Info Pack
- Vocational Placement Agreement
- WHS Incident Reporting form
While the Vocational Placement Coordination Kit helps you set up and run compliant work placements for your students, they are also required to complete a range of assessment tasks while in the workplace. Rather than have your students trying to juggle a massive number of units and try to work out what should and shouldn’t be done while “on the job”, Compliant has clustered all workplace assessments are contained in just ONE “Vocational Skills Workbook”.
This vocational skills workbook is included standard as part of the Assessment Tools package for the CHC301113 RTO training materials. This makes it easy for students to know what to do while in the placement and includes forms, templates, logs, instructions and more to help them successfully complete this mandatory requirement of the course. The Vocational Coordination Kit and Vocational Placement Skills Workbook are also available as separate products. Please be sure to discuss your requirements with our learning resource advisor to ensure we supply the right training resource product for your needs.
Detailed, Specific Assessment Benchmarks
Assessment benchmarks are one of the often overlooked elements of training resource compliance. You must have quality assessment benchmarks in your CHC33015 RTO resources so your assessors can produce consistent, correct assessment judgements. Without strong, clear assessment benchmarks, you risk having your assessors pass not-yet-competent students, leaving your RTO exposed to non-compliance at audit!
Good assessment benchmarks throughout your Individual Support (Home and Community) assessment materials will help support and get better results from compliance processes such as moderation and validation too.
RTO Resources Contextualised to the CHC33015 Qualification
Your CHC33015 RTO materials from Compliant Learning Resources have been specifically written as a CHC33015 resource package, meaning each unit is contextualised to this qualification. The learning and assessment materials are all written specifically for an Individual Support (Home and Community) learning context.
Most off-the-shelf RTO resources are written in a “general” context, and the publisher may sell the same vocational training materials in all their packages – some common units may be used in early childhood education, aged care, disability care and many other courses. This means you have to spend time and money to contextualise each unit to personal care before you can start using them in training (an important part of compliance).
Not only is your Compliant CHC33015 resources package already contextualised, but you will also receive unlocked Learner Guides, Assessment Workbooks, and Assessor Guides so you can make additional changes and modifications for training or compliance!
Unlimited Student License!
With an unlimited use license, it doesn’t matter how many students you train. Recoup your investments with just a handful of course fees and then reap the benefits of delivering a premium clustered training and assessment resource.
Compliant’s CHC33015 resource is a self-contained, one-off license RTO materials package, meaning it comes with assessment tools AND learner guides. No additional textbooks or per-student fees required.
Don’t Risk Your Registration Purchasing Poor Quality Assessment Tools!
The bar has been lifted for assessment tool compliance and ASQA is continuously raising their focus on RTO assessment tools and their compliance with unit assessment requirements. Whilst many RTO learning resource publishers may claim that their resources have passed audit, many of these were under the old audit model and would not likely pass audit today. We know for a fact that some of the top-selling brands are far from compliant, our validation staff have reviewed these resources and found gaping gaps in assessment evidence. We advise caution in investing in your resources. The last thing you want is to invest in resources that will cost you your registration or a huge amount of rectification development down the track.
Under the new audit model, ASQA no longer gives RTOs a rectification opportunity for critical non-compliances (which include assessment tool evidence gaps) found at registration audits. They almost always recommend sanctions which include; Conditions, Suspensions or even Cancellations, when any critical non-compliance is found at audit. RTOs must do their due diligence and ensure they have ONLY quality learning and assessment resources. We always recommend that RTOs always validate ANY resource they purchase.
Compliant Learning is happy to make full samples of these assessment tools available for review prior to purchase so you can complete your due diligence of the RTO materials and be confident in your investment. Please speak to us today to receive more information and samples.
