Quick FAQs on VET Resources
TotalVET Training Resources develops high-quality training resources that have undergone strict validation procedures and quality assurance processes.
Our “one-off” upfront payment model makes it possible for training organisations to train an unlimited number of students with no ongoing fees. The editable digital format also allows you to contextualise, rebrand, and modify your resources without worrying about copyright rules.
To ensure that our customers understand the conditions when purchasing our products, we provide the terms of sale on our website. You can access TotalVET’s terms of sale here for more information.
While most of the customers who purchase our materials are registered RTOs, our resources are developed to include other training institutions. Our vast collection of resources offers comprehensive training materials that RTOs, universities, colleges, and TAFEs, and companies can use to train individuals.
You may also contact us to learn more about your preferred training resource so we can provide you with customised quotes, info packs, and a personalised walkthrough.
TotalVET follows stringent validation processes during the development phase of the training materials. All our resources include detailed mapping for each task in the assessor guide and a master matrix to help with compliance.
Our development team follows strict standards when writing the training resources and have consulted with industry experts to ensure that the materials are relevant to the current industry needs.
But because compliance can be subject to auditors’ standards, no resource developer can guarantee them fully. However, we can assure you that all our training and assessment resources are of high quality.
We also provide a rectification assistance guarantee for our resources to support our claim.
In the unlikely event that your auditor finds an issue with the resources, you can send us a copy of your audit report regarding our assessment tool so we can apply the necessary rectifications accordingly free of charge.
We require a minimum of twenty (20) business days’ notice for this rectification. If you need to meet a deadline, you can immediately send your audit report so we can have ample time to complete your rectification. You may email us through email@example.com or call us via 1300 822 599.
