TotalVET follows stringent validation processes during the development phase of the training materials. All our resources include detailed mapping for each task in the assessor guide and a master matrix to help with compliance.

Our development team follows strict standards when writing the training resources and have consulted with industry experts to ensure that the materials are relevant to the current industry needs.

But because compliance can be subject to auditors’ standards, no resource developer can guarantee them fully. However, we can assure you that all our training and assessment resources are of high quality.

We also provide a rectification assistance guarantee for our resources to support our claim.

In the unlikely event that your auditor finds an issue with the resources, you can send us a copy of your audit report regarding our assessment tool so we can apply the necessary rectifications accordingly free of charge.
