As a Development Project Manager from Compliant Learning Resources, she helps lead development workflows so training resources are shaped with structure, consistency, and practical delivery in mind.
Her background in the VET sector began with instructional design, where she developed and validated assessment tools across industries such as Work Health and Safety, early childhood education and care, construction, project management, and first aid. That experience gave her a strong understanding of how training materials are built, reviewed, and refined before they reach trainers and learners.
Bea’s work now focuses on keeping development projects organised and moving in the right direction.
