The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is inviting stakeholders in the VET sector to provide feedback on the proposed new VET qualification model. This survey aims to ensure that the needs of all VET system stakeholders are met with the proposed qualification model.
This is an important opportunity for VET providers, industry organisations, employers, employees, and students to express their opinions on the future of VET qualifications. The new VET qualification model aims to improve the quality and relevance of vocational education and training (VET) qualifications in Australia by ensuring that the qualifications and skill sets developed meet the changing needs of the industry.
To prepare for the survey, stakeholders are encouraged to attend one of the two webinars on the topic of reforming VET qualifications on 15 and 16 February 2023. The survey will be open until 17 March 2023 and will close at 5 pm AEDT.
By participating in the survey and webinars, stakeholders can play a crucial role in shaping the future of VET qualifications and the proposed new VET qualification model. The results of the survey will be used to inform the development of the model and ensure that it meets the needs of all stakeholders in the VET sector.
